MEET THE TEAM
Dana Oltchick Lundy is an experienced administrator and manager with extensive knowledge and skills related to early education programs and nonprofit leadership. Her background includes more than 30 years’ experience working in nonprofit- and state government- settings. She has consistently maintained a commitment to supporting vulnerable children, families, and populations. With a passion and commitment to helping others, she has successfully worked to build resources, provide training, develop systems, and implement projects for programs in the early childhood, family support and human services fields.
Over the course of her career, Dana has led programs and initiatives that address the needs of at-risk populations across a broad spectrum of services. She served as the Executive Director of the New England Head Start Association, as the Operations Manager for a Head Start grantee in Maine, as a Program Specialist for the Maine Department of Health and Human Services and as the Director of an Area Agency on Aging. Her demonstrated achievements include: Board Development, Grant-based project management, Organizational administration and development, Policy analysis and development, Public relations and collaborative partnerships, Resource development, Strategic visioning and planning, Training delivery and public education.
Dana holds a Master's Degree from Wheelock College and received her Bachelor's Degree from Bates College. Her credentials include being a licensed Social Worker in the State of Maine, holding a Certificate in Grant Writing from the University of Southern Maine, and receiving an Administrator's Certificate from the National Head Start Association Academy.
